Manaslu trekking lies is the remote part of the Gurkha. It expanded the area of the Tibetan point. Manaslu is the 8 highest mountains in the earth. Manaslu area is the declared as a conversation area in 1998, it covers the area of 1663 sq km.from the lower to upper part of the manaslu trekking we found the diverse culture, landscape follows the upstream of the marsyandi river. It is geographically a spectacular and culturally fascinating place. Highest part of this trek is Larke pass (5,213m) which is excellent dramatic Himalaya pass. Upper part of the Marsyandi valley there are Tibetan people in Nurphi. They have still same kind of the dress, language, life style as before. Arughat is  the starting point of the trekking, and Beshishar is the Ending point of this. Passing through the exotic or pristine Buddhist village of sama gaon, sirdibas and samdo. Cross to the larke and descend to the marsyandi valley route of the Annapurna. Altitude ranges of the manaslu area is 600 m to 8163 m height.

This is the Everest Base Camp Trek lengthened to include the Gokyo Lakes, a crossing of the Cho La Pass and an ascent of Gokyo Ri.
Like the classic route, this trek will visit the Sherpa market town of Namche Bazaar. After acclimatisation, we will go to Gokyo lake,climb to  Gokyo Ri (5,483 metres) for spectacular view of the world’s highest mountains.after chola pass. again we will climb to Kalapather summit ( 5545 m) excelent  mountian view including Mt.Everest.

Day 01:  Arrive Kathmandu we will meet you at the airport and transfer to the Hotel and brief about your trip

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla by flight and trek to Phakding

Day 03: Lukla to Namche Bazzar

Day 04:Namche bazzar Rest.

Day 05: Namche bazaar-Dole

Day 06: Dole to Machhermo

Day 07: Machhermo to Gokiyo

Day 08: Gokiyo-Rest day

Day 09: Gokiyo toThagna

Day 10: Thagna  to Cholla pass and Lobuche

Day 11: Lobuche to Goraksheph-Everest Base Camp and Over night Gorakshep.

Day 12: Gorakhsheph- Kalapather Everest sunrise and trek to Dingboche.

Day 13: Dingboche Rest (Visit Chukung Valley )

Day 14: Dingboche to Tangboche Monastery.

Day 15: Tengboche Monastery to Namche Bazzar

Day 16: Namche Bazzar to Lukla

Day 17: Lukla to fly Kathmandu.

Day 18: Departure from Nepal as per your time.

Tamang Heritage Trekking is a superb introduction to trekking in Nepal among some of the most beautiful scenery in the whole country, with rich tamang culture.
Many years ago Nepal, fought with Tibet for salt and some of the biggest areas where this war took place is in the Langtang Region of Nepal, wherein lies the third most popular trekking trail in Nepal.
This area is connected to Tibet and the trails in this region were used by traders from Tibet bartering in Salt and mountain goats for meat (changra) with foodstuffs from the south.
Developed by the Tourism for Rural Poverty Alleviation Program, the "Tamang Heritage Trekking" is the newly developed tourism product, off the beaten track, which highlights an ancient lifestyle combining it with picturesque scenery and healing baths in natural hot springs.
The people of this region are mostly Tibetans who came from Kerung in Tibet across the border and settled in Nepal. In earlier days, the citizenship of Nepal would not be offered to real Tibetans, so they changed their ethnicity to Tamang, which is what they still write till date. The cultural and traditions of these people are similar to the Tibetan across the border.

This Tamang Heritage Trek trail starts either from Dhunche or Syabrubesi and passes through Goljung, Gatlang, Chilime, Thuman, Timure and Briddim. The trail may end back in Syabrubesi or follow Dhunche bazzar.
